does it save the pictures that u made to a file type you can easily open in adventure maker? and is it worth the time learning it

Look at the website of Anim8tor to find all the information you need. E.g.:

Create 3D scenes and animations and output .AVI movie files, .JPG and .BMP images,

You can use .jpg and .bmp in Adventure Maker and also video files.

If it's worth for you to learn it depends on what kind of games you want to make. I think that games that are made with 3D software look phantastic. But you can also use 2D pictures that look great. I think it's up to you to decide if you are willing to put in time to learn it or if you want to use other methods (photos, 2D pictures etc.).

How do you save the images made with anim8or in JPG or BMP format?When I save it could only be an8 format.

If you want to make an image from your scene in a 3D software, you need to render the scene.
Use the Render->RenderImage command.
