The pictures look nice.
I'm sure that if you keep excercising with your 3D software, you will be able to add some more details that will result in a more realistic impression of your locations. But you have made a good start so far

Well, we have here members from all over the world and it is not easy to understand this text language for everyone, so it's better to use as proper English as possible

Yes, not bad
I would make the pattern of the ground bigger, it seems to be too small. The door is a bit too small in relation to the other objects. Nice stairs
although the wood pattern at its side looks a bit strange, maybe you could make the whole stairs of stone (or of wood).

A classroom? Nice.
My thoughts: I would maybe make the window a bit bigger or add a second one. And the pattern and color of the ground and of the chairs are similar, I think that changing the pattern of the chairs would be a good improvement.

I think room2 is the most nice. Propably you should find a bit better rendering engine; it can make pictures look much better.
