Anyone know how I can resize an animated gif? I dont mean dimensions. I mean to lower it to 9 Kb. Its currently 14 Kb.

using a compressor... However animated gifs are already too compressed. I don't think you can do that without loss of quality

You may try with the compression options of the free Microsoft GIF animator:
