Also I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this error means (and if you know what I need to do to fix it, so much the better

Audio problem: Warning: Another program may be using audio hardware resources, and audio file may be damaged, or your audio drivers may be unable to play at the same time an audio file and the audio track of a video file. Although this error can be safely ignored, it may result in some sound files not being played. It is recommended that you close all the other window applications that are running and that you restart the program. This message will not reappear until you restart the program.
What is a little curious is that this message occurred when there was no sound due to be playing, it was just a regular hotspot directing the player to a different screen, I have been assured by the player that there were no other windows programs running at the time and otherwise the soundcard seemed to be dealing with the audio files without any problems.
I?d be interested in any ideas you may have, thank you for reading
