I want the player can use an icon, after that put it in the inventory again, then he use the same icon again and so on....Is it possible?

Yes. Just don't make the icon disappear in the drag n drop hotspot properties

You can use the same icon on different hotspots. Just do the same thing you did the first time. (drag the icon to the hotspot and adjust the properties)
