How can I avoid that the end user sees the name of the icons in the inventory?

The player sees the name of the item, not the icon itself.
I 'm not sure wheather you can do this - probably not, since it's caused by AM's source code...
EDIT: You might be able to fix this using this code:

Code: Select all
For Each X in InventoryItemObject
X.tag=""

Do you mean that you dont want the player to know what an icon is? Like a puzzle they have to figure out? Just rename it. Like if its supposed to be a hammer, rename it iconA or something. Do that before you add it to the game.

Sometimes I use a hammer head and a handle. I named them both so people will know that they have to combine them.

When the box comes up, just put in a pair of quotes or something..or even a period...
