Screen "jump" on animated frames

Has anyone else noticed a disconcerting "jump" on frames that use animations? I'm finding that this is true whether I'm using the ripple effect, Particle+, or a video. It's not the positioning of my images or videos, because I've checked the per pixel locations of each.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me? If so, does anyone have a suggestion for fixing it? Thanks.

I think this screenjump comes up, if you are using codecs.
At me it is so when I play a video the codec is loading and my taskbar opens for a short moment.
This just happens at full screen games.

I was viewing in full screen mode, yes. The jump is also visible when entering a frame using ripple effect or Particle+.

The next release of P+ fixes this issue... it took my days to figure out what AM was doing and more important how to fix it... KeyGuard 4.1.2 already has this fix implemented (not relased but ready)

I guess the rippling water fx suffers the same problem as P+ DID

I'll elaborate later, I'm extremely busy right now
