You can have several animated GIFs on a single frame. Add them as hotspots and set with the Hotspot Properties > General tab. Choose Picture and check animated GIF. Animated GIFs added as hotspots cannot be transparent and are always looping.
You can add one GIF sequence per frame using the GIF sequence Plug-in the information is entered in the Frame Properties. > Plugins tab. The GIF images making up the sequence can have transparency and are always looping.
You can add a second GIF sequence per frame using the Animation Maker Plug-in. Enter the the GIF information on the Frame Properties. > Plugins tab. The GIF images making up the sequence can have transparency and stop after a specificed number of repeats.
You might be able to add more sequences with scripting, but I'm not sure.
In my experience, any Ripple FX effects on the frame override the GIF sequences added with the plug-ins. You may also need to change the order of the hotspots, if you are having trouble with overlapping other items on the frame.
