Having issue with the 380 script error

Below is a screenshot of the error im getting the games were made using the latest version of adventure maker for commercial use I am on windows XP.

I run Windows XP english in english setting united states.


The issue happens on a compile game made in adventure maker version 4.5.2


Are there any patches or anything to solve this issue thanks so much.

Common bug for languages with special characters. Try going to regional settings and setting the defaults to english

This guy had the same problem with VB5 (The language in which AM is written). Hope this helps (he somehow realized that it was a screen resolution problem or something)

This is an automation error, usually caused by some sort of invalid property assignment at some point. In many cases, it's to do with not having the appropiate version of msmask32.ocx installed.

Try installing the latest version of msmask32.ocx and see if that helps.

Are these your games your getting them with, or other ppl's ..? and which one..?

If this happens with all games, I don't think it's an AM issue, I gather it is an issue with your machine...

Would need to know the game for that..In case its an issue with a specific one...
