Postby eertan » Fri Apr 01, 2011 1:32 pm

Using XP Pro SP3
with Adventure Maker Free edition.
Getting :

"Run-time 380

Script engine for the specified language can not be created."

Getting this error message when I try run the project.
Even same error message with downloaded (created with other users) projects.

thank you

Hmm, then probably the language to which the engine is referring is the scripting language. Maybe something isn't installed correctly.

:?
I 'm sure I 've seen this error again. I 'll try searching the forums

EDIT: Seems like the script engine libraries are not properly registered. Try installing AM with administrator privilleges or manually registering the dlls and ocxs using regsvr32

By searching this forums as well as Google ,
seen many similar problems but no solutions.

Run time 380 is seems VB specific error and as far as I can see no one yet get the possible reason - answer .

Thanks for your effort though.
