Wonderful graphics and great gameplay

Thanks QTip :D

Candle, though the demo is quite small, there is quite a bit further to go in the demo.

To continue with the demo you have to find the clues to the password/s, combine them together and then enter them correctly into the pop up box.

I haven't really made the demo that difficult

I have tried to use patchmakers, but I can't get my head around them at this moment

Hi MarkSA,
Very nice start to your game. I like your interface at lot. Because of the sameness of the interior, I found myself disoriented, but that's probably just me. (I had the same trouble with Rhem 2 and eventually had to give up on it. :P ) The dark and forboding atmosphere of the asylum should really contrast nicely with your other areas (refering to your screenshots on the website).

One little thing, in the frame with the notice on the wall about admitting patients and facing the doorway to the input puzzle, I think you might be missing a hotspot to turn right.

Very solid start. Good luck.

Hi Imari,

I think I made the feeling of being disoriented slightly intentional. To give a feeling where does one look for clues in an Asylum.

I have no idea whether or not you played the rest of the demo?

If the lack of a right turn causes problems I will add it to the final release.

Thanks for your input.

Pop up box

How do you find the pop up box? I downloaded the patch and couldn't find it.

Hi Jules.

You have to look for clues to the password/s. Once you have started looking you will find the place to enter the password/s.

I have made the demo not too linear.

The small patch only fixes the backing out of th epassword room.

In the future I am going to release QFU as an rpg game using Explorations RPG. :D

I will still release an Adventure point and click version.

Soon Explorations RPG is going to have a massive update to its engine etc.

I got to a cage with some machinery in it, but couldn't find a hotspot to operate any of it, nor move forward. Anyway, great graphics and insane story. :)
